Do you have a lost and found?

To inquire about personal items that are left at the theatre, please call 949.854.4646 x1.

Can I take pictures or video?

For the safety of the performers and the comfort of other patrons, personal photography and videography during the performance is not allowed unless specifically approved for a particular event. We invite you to take photos in our lobby and outdoor areas, as well as in the theatre during breaks and intermission.

How do I volunteer at the Barclay?

The Barclay is grateful for the many volunteers that help make the theatre run efficiently! If you are interested in volunteering your time at the Barclay, please consider becoming an usher. Usher positions are comprised mainly of community volunteers who we rely on to assist our patrons during their visit to the theatre. Do you offer educational tours of the theater?

Depending upon the production schedule, Irvine Barclay Theatre may be able to tailor a tour visit for your group. Please email Ginny Hayward at hayward@thebarclay.org for more information

Can I rent the Barclay?

Part of the Barclay’s mission is to provide a space for artists and other organizations to perform and present in a professional venue. Rentals are available based on calendar-availability. Contact Michelle Brouwer: brouwer@thebarclay.org for more information.
