What if I need assistance based on a special need such as a wheelchair or other equipment?

The Barclay is entirely accessible and we are generally able to make accommodations as necessary with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of your ticket order if you have any special needs and we will work with you in order to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

I am attending with someone who has mobility issues. Is there a place where I can drop them off close to the front?

Yes, please drive to the short-term parking on Pereira Ave located next to the rose garden in front of the theatre plaza and across from the bus turnout on the UCI campus. Guests may be dropped off here and will find easy ramp access to the theatre plaza and lobby entry while their companion moves the vehicle from short-term parking to the parking structure.

Is there a convenience shuttle?

Additionally, UCI Parking offers a courtesy shuttle from the parking structure to the front doors of the theatre. Please inform the parking attendants (located close to the elevator landing/entry on the first floor of the structure). IBT event staff remains in communication with parking in order to schedule shuttle return at the end of the performance.

Does the Barclay offer assisted-listening devices?

Yes. Audio devices are available for loan free of charge at the bar/concession stand in the lobby. Patrons will need to leave their ID or a major credit card until the equipment is returned.
