ONCO-BALLET COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE
Onco-Ballet provides low-to-no-cost ballet classes and performance experiences that spark joy, facilitate healing, and foster self-expression for individuals impacted by cancer. Join us for an inspiring evening as a cast of more than 50 cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers from across Southern California and around the country takes the stage to explore this year’s theme: Survivorship. Survivorship is often celebrated as the end of treatment, but the reality is far more complex. It can include physical recovery, emotional healing, identity shifts, ongoing uncertainty, and, for those living with metastatic disease, the experience of continuing treatment while embracing life fully.
Survivorship is not a finish line — it is an evolving journey. Through powerful dance performances and an educational panel discussion, this moving program explores the many realities of survivorship and celebrates the resilience, connection, healing, self-expression, and joy that emerge along the way. Program includes: The Healing Power of Touch, an educational panel on The Realities of Survivorship, the world premiere of The Space Between, and Relevé: To Rise.
All ticket sales directly support the cancer community by funding Onco - Ballet’s low-to-no-cost classes, performance opportunities, and supportive programming for individuals impacted by cancer.
