Now, more than ever, the Barclay Box Office Team would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing patrons we have been in contact with during this challenging time. A time that began with a flurry of (often) last-minute changes and that has continued to be full of questions—many without final answers! Your patience, understanding and courtesy have been remarkable and make our job a pleasure.
To those patrons who have made the decision to donate their ticket purchases back to the Barclay, we extend an extra round of applause for your generous contributions. Your commitment to IBT means so much to us and our efforts to be ready to host you all when we are able to gather in the theatre once again!
As of this writing, the vast majority of ticketholders for shows affected by the Covid-19 closure have been contacted. If you are waiting specifically on a check refund, we ask that you watch your mailbox over the next week, as most have been posted at this time.
Should you have any questions about a show for which you held tickets, we ask that you reach out via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your information, and we will research the issue to find out how we can help. Although email is encouraged, we have phone customer service available at 949.854.4646 x1, Mon-Fri: 10-6 and Sat-Sun: 12-4.
