Ticketing
1. Do I need a ticket for my baby (or other small child) who can sit on my lap?

Yes. Everyone entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. However, many events offer reduced-price tickets for babies and small children.  We love children and offer family programming on many occasions, but some shows may not be appropriate for younger audiences based on the nature of the content or on the need for quiet during certain pieces. If you have a question about whether a specific show is appropriate, call the box office at 949.854.4646 x1

2. Can I get a refund on my tickets? Can I exchange my tickets for another show?

All ticket sales are final at the end of the purchase transaction and there are no refunds or exchanges. For special circumstances, you may speak to a Box Office representative PRIOR to the performance. The Barclay does not offer refunds based on patrons' personal tastes. We pride ourselves on booking outstanding artists from all cultures, disciplines and styles, but we cannot guarantee individual satisfaction with any particular performance.

3. What time can I pick up my Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up beginning one hour before each performance. We recommend that you pick up your tickets no later than 15 minutes before curtain, to ensure that you have time to get seated before the show starts. Some artists require that late arrivals wait to be seated until an appropriate break in the performance. The lobby opens one hour prior to curtain, and the auditorium opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.

4. What if I need assistance based on a special need such as a wheelchair or other medical equipment?

The Barclay is entirely wheelchair accessible and we are able to make special accommodations for other circumstances, if necessary, with advance notice. Please let us know at the time of your ticket order of any special needs and we will work with you to make those arrangements.

5. What should I wear?

There is no official dress code for patrons at the Barclay. Our patrons' dress ranges from casual to business wear to cocktail attire, depending on the occassion. Wear what makes you feel comfortable... just use common sense.

6. I am attending with someone who cannot walk very far. Is there a place where I can drop them off close to the front?

Yes, please drive to the short-term parking on Pereira Ave located next to the rose garden in front of the theatre plaza and across from the bus turnout on the UCI campus. Guests may be dropped off here and find easy ramp access to the theatre plaza and lobby entry while their companion moves the vehicle from short-term parking to the parking structure.

7. Does the Barclay offer assisted listening devices?

Yes. Audio devices are available for loan free of charge at the bar/concession stand in the lobby. Patrons will need to leave their ID or a major credit card until the equipment is returned.

8. Can I take pictures or video?

For the safety of the performers and the comfort of other patrons, personal photography and videography is not allowed.
