Reza Aslan: Perspectives on Bias, Prejudice and Bigotry
Presented by UCI Office of Inclusive Excellence
Tuesday, May 02, 2017

Book signing in lobby directly follows presentation.

Reza Aslan continually challenges us to face the difficult questions about the intersections of religion, culture, and society through his scholarship and highly-visible productions seen around the globe. The CNN Believer host and professor at the University of California, Riverside, brings his captivating style and innate curiosity to highlight the power of community and radical empathy in addressing "Fear Inc., Confronting Islamophobia in America."

Aslan’s lecture is second in a 2016-17 series about Perspectives on Bias, Prejudice, and Bigotry (a January lecture focused on antisemitism).
